Richard was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable, he also went above and beyond to ensure that I got the car by a specified date.
I would recommend Waylands Kia, Reading, ask for Richard for great customer service.

Do not trust them. if they tell you they will do something after sale. They will not even look at you after selling. They put wrong size Matts wrong size boot cover in my new car which doesn't fit in my car and refused to put right ones later.they said will think to put my previous car dashcam into my new car but refused to put after sale.

I purchased a Sorento from this branch which is a bit of a distance from where I live in Bristol. The purchase went through smoothly. No issues. I needed the car serviced and an MOT when it was due. Regrettably I chose to take it to the Gloucester branch who found an oil leak and I had also mentioned the sunroof wasn?t working. I won?t go into the details on here but the whole experience from start to finish was horrendous. Told work was done when it wasn?t. Refusal to carry out works because apparently Kia had refused to authorise the work. Rudeness of staff. It was a catalog of lies, errors and unwillingness to help. I then contacted Kia Reading where I originally purchased the vehicle. I was dealing with Anca to begin with who was so helpful and polite, nothing was to much trouble. She more or less organised everything while on the phone. Only downside was I had to take a day off to take the car back to Reading. This was a small price to pay to get the car running as it should though. While on site all the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Main person I dealt with was Stacy. Again I can?t sing her praises high enough. Both Anca and Stacy are a credit to Kia. (I wish I could name names but I can?t remember the rest of the staff names)
I honestly can?t believe the contrast from the 2 branches. A big big thank you to Waylands.

I was served by Maddison this week who was extremely knowledgable, professional and friendly. Maddison seemed to understand exactly what I needed, provided me with relevant information that was tailored to those needs and made me feel comfortable throughout the sales process and not pressured. I was only in the area for a couple of days and the dealership managed to turn around a trade in and sale in the correct timing, so I didn?t have to wait for my new car! Thank you! ?

Great Sales Experience, But Disappointed with Repair Quality
I recently purchased an used car from Kia Reading and had a largely positive experience on the sales side, but unfortunately, the same can?t be said for the repair team.
First, I?d like to highlight the excellent service provided by Salesman Sven. He was consistently transparent and professional, which made the whole buying process much easier. What really impressed me was his attention to detail and his high standards, particularly regarding the car?s condition. When he noticed an issue with the paintwork ? which we had also picked up on ? he proactively pointed it out and promised to follow up, which we genuinely appreciated.
Unfortunately, the paint repair done by the workshop was very disappointing. Most noticeably, the colour doesn?t even match the original paintwork, which is simply not acceptable from a main dealer. It?s a real shame, as it gives the impression that the repair team holds themselves to a much lower standard than the sales team.
I?m thankful that Sven took the issue seriously and is following up on our behalf, but I sincerely hope that Kia Reading takes this as a sign to improve the quality and consistency of their aftersales service.
