I went there today there was a rude old lady there, i was shocked at 1st how can she be so rude, but I stayed quite but she remained rude and when I tried to record her she ran away and started hiding in her shop, owners or managers need to investigate this further as there should be a cctv recording on how she behaved.

Absolutely rubbish. They didn't and couldn't exchange Jersey Pounds for GB Sterling because they had never heard of them. They were totally clueless and need more training.

Review is based solely on the experience with the cashier. She has a terrible attitude, if she is having a bad day she should keep it for herself and mask it, otherwise change the work sector. Customer facing roles need a person with a smile and a nice attitude.One of the worst attitude I have encountered since a long time. This is the last time I will use this place. The owner needs to consider iinvesting in a customer service training for her.

horrible long waiting?just one employer here who each case takes around 1 hours. I don't understand that? because it's not a complicate job. Anyway It's a bad experience.
