Always one staff at the front desk. And long queues. Make sure you keep 30mins spare as that?s the minimum you will spend there just to get your item. You?d think the amount of money they make they?d hire more staff

I was surprised at how busy it was compared to the competition but I was served fairly quickly. I liked that I could buy items, such as small lightbulbs, that were weren't packaged unnecessarily. There prices were also relatively good.

Products prices are a bit on the higher side compared to other similar shops but they do price match. Good collection of products. Recommended.

It's a good place to get car parts. They have everything, and you can place orders online, either reserve them and pay on site, or pay online and collect them. The company can also courier your purchases. Sometimes, there are long queues and therefore a slow service

Don?t bother coming here if you are in a hurry, you will be waiting atleast 15/20 mins even for a click & collect order

Waited over 40 minutes for a click and collect order. When I got to the front of the queue there was no apology and the lad serving said to another customer that they won't get someone else out on the counter as the place doesn't earn enough money. It would have helped if another member of staff could have either collected the parts while he served, it was nice to see he took a battery to a car for a customer but I'm sure he could have asked someone else to do that instead as the queue was huge I don't think I will be using this one again in a hurry will go somewhere else even if I need to pay a bit more poor customer service and customers were even giving up waiting

The lad who served was the rudest person I?ve come across in customer support. Being sworn at was the particular highlight. The rest of the team seem very helpful.

Really miserable guy on the front counter. So miserable I actually won't use this place again. Just plain rude.
I was only picking up an order of exhaust paste.
There are other places you can use, or I'd happily order online rather than experience the bad customer service in the shop.

Driving in and out is a bit dangerous. This reflects on the costumers driving in and out of the car park. Slow service and a lot of time wasting costumers coming in not knowing what they want! I now understand why Europarts online pricing is lower to avoid such costumers
