Ordered some parts was told they had them in stock, asked them to hold them for me, they gave me the order number, i was there an hour later, was told not in stock, wasted time and journey, I'm not using them from now on.

Very indifferent experience. Long queue to get served, staff disinterested and not helpful. Click and collect order placed 24 hrs earlier not picked, and when brought out was missing an item, which wasn't noticed.
A night and day difference to great click and collect experience from shops such as Screwfix or Toolstation.
