Went to get my google pixel 6a charging port repaired.Met by a very strong minded lady who put me in my place, told me my rights (still under warranty) annoyingly had to factory reset my phone but I understand why they'd need that. (10/10)Had to wait about a hour to get it back, get needed a simple clean and free as under warranty which I wasn't expecting as I bought it elsewhere!Lastly, the lad who gave me my phone back was somehow absolutely enthralled with his work, seemed to be having the best life but I won't question it :)Thankyou reading team for your help!

Wouldn't sell me a phone. I went in with my unrepairable Pixel 7 pro which is mid contract. I knew my only option was to buy a new phone outright, as I wasn't insured. It took them a while to also come to this conclusion. Then they said they couldn't sell me the new Pixel 8 Pro ?! They said go next doors to john Lewis . Which I did.... I guess they didn't want my £1K

Booked in to get a screen cover changed on a fold 4.Got told to delete the data as the people upstairs could be bad how would ee know! I said maybe background check your staff he said not my problem i want to go home at the end of the day and not worry about my job!Sales person was so off and hostile didnt really want to help us.We challenged the process as he claimed the upstairs system doesnt talk to the shop floor so even though we had booked a tech appointment you see him and he just puts it in a queue. A queue he claims he doesnt know the length of or how much it can cost you till they look.The phone rang he ignored it said its rude to answer if your with someone yet will happily walk away and speak to customers coming in through the doors.Also spouted rubbish about motherboard damage!! Mate we are replacing a screen cover.Samsung need to stop sending there customers here its deplorable.

Stopped in to ask a question concerning BT equipment. This store is linked with BT but doesn't have any BT equipment or access to BT materials. The assistant was as helpful as he could be with my question and request but was unable to provide a constructive answer to my question other than to visit the BT website or to go to Currys.

Never ever pick up their telephone ever, which resulted in driving all the from fleet to Reading just to find out what's happening with my phone repair. Possibly put the phone on silent ?

I recently had an experience with EE that was far from satisfactory. I needed my call history for insurance purposes ? a request that I presumed would be straightforward, especially given the urgency of the situation. To my dismay, I was informed that it would take over a month to provide this information. This delay now means I have a broken car in front of my house for an additional 30 days, waiting for insurance to address it.Having been a Vodafone customer in the past, I was taken aback by the stark difference in efficiency. Vodafone could provide such information within minutes, making EE's prolonged timeline all the more frustrating.Additionally, I found the staff to be unhelpful. It seemed they were rigidly adhering to protocols without considering the individual situations of their customers. In my case, the urgency and context were overlooked, leaving me feeling disregarded as a customer.I value efficiency and understanding in customer service, and based on this recent experience, I believe EE has much room for improvement in these areas.

Absolutely appalling service. Samsung users beware. This is a physical location for repairs, I went in as my fold 4's internal protective screen has started to lift.They took the phone, said how would you like us to contact you, without a phone? No estimates for cost, or time, no ability to speak with engineers, who were upstairs.Made no attempt to explain anything, awful.

Fantastic online booking system, and in store follow up. All the team were attentive, courteous, friendly and wanting to help. Bruno was great at efficiently relaying my situation to Safa (broken phone night before holiday, due to leave in few hours) and she did everything she could to get me set up with a new one and talk me through each little bit (was stressed, tired and not particularly smart that day). She spent a lot of time with me, got me the best deal and was lovely and patient throughout. Was all much appreciated and a great in store experience (July 2023).

Came all the way from Oxford for a repair booked an appointment for 5.30 with my insurance claim. Says online it would be done in store on that day. However they told me 5 people were in front of me and it would take 2 hours so I wont be able to get it done even though they close at 7. What?s the point of having appointments if it can?t be done. Waste of my time

After booking an appointment I was seen as a priority to get my phone sorted. Haroon was an absolute star from start to finish.My phone had broken and I hadn't received my upgrade via courier. He cancelled the upgrade, organised me a new phone and got me a better deal on broadband. He was so helpful from start to finish.

Avoid if you need to get your Samsung phone under warranty to be repaired. The staff looked at the phone, confirmed good condition in writing.4hrs later, I received a call to confirm my phone couldn't be repair under warranty due to 2 damages on the phone so I would have to pay.1- next to the fingerprint sensor (this is in fact the shiny plastic that is wearing off)2- damage on the hinge which I struggle to see.The phone is working fine beside a small 2mm diameter black spot starting to appear on the crease.Probably they will respond strict guideline etc... Save your time and get it collected for repair.I got mine repaired by Samsung, returned within 7 days.In the picture the small spots are residue from the tape of the phone cover.I would not trust that shop for any deals if this is the way they do business.
