It?s located right next to IKEA, which is very handy! They have a good selection of products. I would recommend to look at the guide of where everything is - it?s a big store, and can often feel like a maze sometimes, and it can take quite a while to find what you?re looking for.There is an upper floor, with a lift and stairs connecting them. You can also do click and collect, and you can see if items are in stock here online. There are trolleys available.

The shop we visited was ok'ish, but stuff all over the place on the floor making it look messy. Hardly finding someone to help and when doing so, some were not very experienced. They could do with a bit more management and training in my honest opinion, for customer's satisfaction

Lovely shop, you can get everything there, and good prices too, the coffee shop was was perfect end to shopping trip, had a lovely latte made by a friendly helpful young lady called Georgia. Will definitely go back.

Good choice of bedding, we were able to get what we wanted. Second visit to collect an order, tills were busy, staff not very pleasant.

The variety of choices for the home is immense. There is a range of items for every budget and design style.However, the store is a nightmare when it comes to the organisation of it.There are trollies filled with items waiting to be restocked onto shelves. These trollies are blocking aisles and make it impossible to manoeuvre around the store at ease. It gives a very disorganised vibe to the place and makes it a less relaxing experience going shopping. (I would point out that these are not trollies left by customers... it seems the staff use them to restock shelves as they all have dozens of the same items in them and are filled in the brim.Parking was easy and there is a dedicated car park for the store.

I used to think Dunelm was an expensive store but having visited this one I?m now not too sure!This one seems as though it has been let go a little and is not the most well kept, kind of untidy.Prices are reasonable and they have plenty of good things in here, worth a look it you want something for the home.

The only issues I had is most things are not priced or in the correct place as marked on the shelf and there are trolleys everywhere taking up aisle space with stock or packaging making the store untidy difficult to navigate with a trolley. I did mention about things not priced to the sweet girl on the till and she explained that since the sale things were not sorted out. I also mentioned that there was no staff about to ask for prices and she very politely explained that they?re short staffed. I didn?t see a manager in the store supporting the workers in shift at all. Come on Dunelm, support the staff you do have or you?ll loose them and then have no one.

I ordered some made to measure curtains, and not having done this before, I listed the help of Louise who took me through the process. She then called me a few weeks later to say they were in (on the day she estimated) and ready to be collected. I love them, they are very well made and hang beautifully. I would definitely recommend this store as the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Amazing customer service in Dunelm this evening. We purchased two sun loungers and the team in store could not have been more helpful. Will be shopping in store instead of online in future!
