Having read other people's reviews I am not surprised. Customer service is long gone. Went in, not busy. Was looking for fabric, 2 ladies were at the counter. When we chose what we wanted, walked over to the counter and no one was there. Waited 15 minutes. Finally someone noticed us and came over, said she couldn't cut fabric but went out back to get someone then just disappeared. Never to be seen again. Finally went over to pay counter and asked there then someone came to cut the fabric but with a bad attitude. Made a point of saying she had been on the toilet. For 15 minutes? Firstly that is not our fault she was on the toilet, where was the other lady? Secondly you don't need to tell the customer you were on the toilet!!!! If you don't want the business then just shut it down or get some staff that actually want to work there and give them lessons in customer service. If you don't want to give customer service then you are in the wrong job.
Will take our business elsewhere next time

I went to dunelms today for something special and tried for half an hour to find someone to help me. In the end, I found what I wanted but it needed to be cut. It was only a ribbon but after waiting for another twenty minutes, I measured it myself and took the piece, with the card it came from to the counter and they said they couldn't serve me so I walked out. I tried to ring the store for four hours and no one answered. Come on dunelm, this is not you. I bought everything g I needed for this job but I was a bit of ribbon short. I spent 400 on the job at your store and you let me down. John adams

Put a order in for one blind 3ft x3ft .Promised it be one week now still waiting over two weeks tried calling shop everyday for a week .No one picks up. Very poor service. Also asked a full run down on exactly what justify £152 for one little blind when I placed the order. Sill no contact from this sales person . Very poor . But was nice enough When they took my money. .if this issue isn't sorted. I will take it to the small claim court next .

Went in to order a coffee at 15:45 (shop closes at 16:30) and because the lady had cleaneed the machine already she lied and said it was closed? so I asked what time it closes? And she said well not until 16:00 but coffee machine is playing up - she was lying basically and couldn?t be bothered to serve as she had clearly cleaned it all. Bad customer service.

Awful experience. I have waited over 2 weeks for my click and collect order to arrive. The store was unhelpful when I visited after the original arrival date that had been stated on my online account. I have an email showing that DHL have delivered my order to store. Online customer service does nothing to help as it is a store issue. Surely it is fraud to take someone?s money, refuse a refund and not offer to help make this situation right.
