Claire and Kevin at the Reading branch made my bed shopping experiance an absolute delight. Absolutely brilliant customer service from start to finish. Olu was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient while we tried out all the beds and the delivery guys (Tom and another guy who's name I didn't get, unfortunately) went above and beyond to make sure our mattress was delivered despite the road to our house being closed. Thoroughly recommend.

Riska greeted us at the door, and she served us today, we got to experience the bed assessment by way of being analysed on a computer operated bed measuring weight in different parts of the body. The recommended beds were shown to us and we finally settled on a mattress. We were shown the different pillows and tested them aswell as laying on the beds. We were offered a drink which was very cold and refreshing. The order process was easy with my identification and banking details. We were accepted on finance, we took our pillows and mattress protectors home. Great service with thanks from a girl whom hates shopping.
