Incompetent couriers (late delivery, wrong address, several times), unprofessional customer service (long waiting time on the phone, unapologetic staff). A blind homing pigeon would probably be able to do a better job.

DPD Mihkto driver stole my package after leaving a photo that it was ?delivered? admitted to moving it to another location, but was told it was my fault for choosing to leave in a safe place? never use DPD - only package stolen from my front door in 4 years of living there <.<

Waited in for a parcel but the driver never attempted to deliver. Then later in the day received an email that there had been a missed delivery. Not the first time this has happened. Perhaps DPD is short for Dishonest person driving?

Absolute rubbish. Driver doesn't deliver the parcel to me, he doesn't knock on the door instead he leave me a paper saying you missed your delivery. What a joke. Are dpd delevery guys that lazy ? Seriously ?

My parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and I contacted the live chat in the afternoon twice and they confirmed it should be delivered yesterday. However it didn't. The driver came today but didn't follow the instruction on the delivery option which should be leaving the parcel on my front porch when noone is at home. The driver left a note saying I missed the parcel. Why didn't the driver follow my instruction? I need to wait for at least one more day before I can get it. The parcel is a birthday present for a child and she's very disappointing for not getting her present on time which is today.

Not only my parcel was delayed on the day of delivery I receive a call from the delivery driver Davinder saying he was at my door. I told him I was on my way to the door (this took only a few seconds) when I open the door he was gone. Davinder did not knock on my door neither could he wait 10 seconds for me to get to the door after receiving his call. There was no second attempt of delivery I had to go and collect my parcel from a super inconvenient collection point. This particular parcel was a large heavy item I request and pay for delivery for that reason now I'm having to arrange someone to collect this parcel for me as I wouldn't be able to carry it myself. DPD is the worse delivery company and should be avoid at all costs.

First attempt to deliver was unsuccessful no delivery note left. Second rescheduling driver update was that the driver could not find my address. This was the same driver, LOVISH, that made the first attempt. Checked my security cameras and no evidence of driver being there the first time. Now I have to go to the depot to collect the "delivery" myself. Bad customer service DPD

Not the worst company, but we now opt not to use them, not really to fond of their practices of simply leaving parcels in open locations for places to simply nick, led to a dispute between another business due to a commercial parcel being stolen, and it's also a common practice they sign off the parcels themselves instead of the actual customer. Not a fan.

We had an issue with our delivery address and PIN Code, but Flick at the depot was incredible handling our problem - great communication, really friendly and kind, and doing everything in her power to make sure we got our parcel. She made a huge difference turning a possible negative experience into a great one. Our delivery driver Denislav was amazing at delivering the parcel last minute and following our note instructions. Thank you both!

Driver lied about delivering parcel, no parcel delivered.This happen two time.We were in flat all day and the delivery picture is outside a random house so no idea where my parcel is. Would not use, consistently bad.zero star from my side
