Absolute 0 stars. If I could leave a minus I would! Ordered 2 pizzas. 1 arrived with more blonde hair in than cousin IT!! Over a hour to replace, because they were to busy to deal with it. Asked for a refund, was told for 2 weeks that it was processed and I should just wait. Only to be told now that they won't give me a refund because I didn't return the very hairy pizza! They didn't ask for it, and I binned it. Apparently they are all managers, and incapable of telling the truth. Absolutely awful service for the price they charge. But hey, the hairs are free!

Food is good but they don't take cash. Cash is money, they should be made to take it. Won't be using them again until they see the error of their ways.

Nice pizza ? nice people working there, the establishments seems to be improving all the time now with instore amenities like seating for eating in with two tables can not fault it. Also on just eat for delivery so I can not complain, all I would say is flavour of pizza could be improved as well as the dips as they have that vinegar flavour.I purchased a late night medium £7.99 deal with Jalapeños and pineapple with herb and garlic dip.Staff got the price wrong on the small bottle of soda Fanta but other then that just about beats starving to death ??Vegetarian options: Vegan pizza and veggie side options

Ice pizza but really come on 25 quid for a pizza unless you search around for there deals to make it a bit cheaper.A pizza isn't worth 25 quid

Phoned for a delivery, manager tells us to use the app instead, as over the phone they don?t deliver to my postcode.. (not sure what difference that makes but w.e) order via the app, waited an hour & 20 mins to see ?Delivered? on the app, yet no missed calls or pizza. Phoned up, the lady said (without even checking who I was) that?s it?s on the way. We waited further & still nothing. 2nd call back, the manager says they tried to call us when they was outside but no one answered & now it?s too late to re-deliver? Obviously lies! To top it off they?re now saying I must wait 4 days before I can get a refund? Absolute madness, not sure that?s even legal. Bottom tier service & useless.. 2nd time this has happened from the same branch. Can also see from other reviews that they make a habit of it too.

Oana always serves me and is so lovely. She is an amazing front of house and credit to the brand. My food is always on time and delicious. They?ve never got my order wrong like other branches have done in the past. They seem to have a great team that keep the store very

Ordered food at midnight. Currently 1:46am no pizza and the apps telling me my food has been delivered. We called to try to get in touch with our driver the manager said he will sort it. Then calling him again he said the driver has been waiting for half an hour even though we didn?t get a single call.Avoid this place for sure

Been a customer for years here pizza quality and service has always been good. I recently had a bad experience with them on a busy Friday evening where I ordered my normal 2 pizzas and only one was ready I had to wait 45mins and then there was some confusion with the manager and I didn't want to take a cold pizza Home so declined the whole order. Refund wasn't actioned however they have called and apologise and said they will refund today it restores my faith in the store
