It?s my first time to make a phone order since I had got their leaflet at my home. I then realised I had called the wrong branch after I showed up at the branch that I used to be. I immediately called them to apologise and never expect the unsympathetic and 0 customer service from the staff.The male staff sounds like Pakistani or Indian told me he had done my order and questioned me why wouldn?t I come and collect it. I repeated that I had made a mistake based on the leaflet they sent to me without realising they were from another branch??also I don?t drive and it was raining? He interrupted me in the mid of conversation and asked me to listen to him (tho he was the one asking me question) and started ?educated? me as a customer.Cant believe we have such a disgrace customer service from the South East staff in UK?..Domino did you treat your staff properly? Or did you check on staff mental health regularly with such a long shift??Tho I have banned Muslim food but still getting such a disgrace service from the Muslimhood?Just to make things right, this is not racist, it?s just my own preference as anyone else does.

Awful staff that provide no customer service, no wonder there?s never anyone in there. I asked for a pizza to be well done and they said they can?t do it, it is how it comes out and that?s how it is. After telling the employee that the Reading Woodley branch do well-done pizza upon request, I was told to ?go there then?. Never going back to this rude place again. They are doing a great job in bringing down the standards at Dominoes.

Placing an order and then being called 10 times to go pick my order up from downstairs, they can't even bother coming at the door no more . We all being charged with delivery, is not like is included in the price of the pizza. Beside I receive this email asking me to tip the driver which apparently comes to my door ???. Is this a joke ? Driver was waiting downstairs for a while for me to go collect order instead of getting rid of the order and deliver it at the door as is sais in the email ..

Consistently great pizza. It is our go to place when we feel like having a pizza. We have been ordering from here since the last 4 years and it has always been good. Arrives quickly, it's hot, fresh and the best part - it tastes really good!
