Generally are good but this particular time was very poor service. Phoned at 17:06 on a Tuesday. Guy said come in 10 mins. The shop was empty and there were not orders on the screen. Front staff desk need better training and had to go get the other staff who were all out the back because she couldn?t find the order. When they came, the manager said I ordered a medium and I had ordered a large. I record all my phone calls and have evidence. He was fine then charged me for a large and said he?s sorry but it?ll be an extra 4 mins. I was still waiting in the shop at 17:40. A 40 minute wait for a pizza I was told would take 10 minutes. I would understand if this was a Friday or Saturday night but a dead Tuesday, that?s poor service.

Daljeet was really rude he does not know what customer service is. Please train your staffToppings were missing on a couple of slices, for god sake teach your staff on make line these 2 are basics.
