“I would like to give excellent customer service to a lovely gentleman who delivered two tons of blue slate stones from Reading to my home in high Wycombe his name was PAWEL He had one of those very big high forklift lorries. He did everything he possibly could to get the stock as near possible to the back where I had to wheelbarrow it to my back garden. He was polite friendly nothing was too much bothered for him.
