Very prompt and professionally handled by the manager Steve who clearly has the respect of his staff and knows what he’s doing. The kind of person who communicates well and instantly gives the appearance of being switched on and on the ball. Clearly a sound guy and an asset to this business. Only in and out in 15-20 mins max but this clearly stands out for me as quite a different customer service experience than I’m used to - absolutely spot on.
