The Petrol station at this Costco offers one of the cheapest fuel around the area.
The shop can be very busy especially at weekend. May be a reason for its staff getting less patient sometimes.

The worst Costco store I have been too. The staff are despondent and the tyre service queuing is terrible. They ask you to do something on the digital app but there?s never any signal and they don?t provide wifi because as the service staff put it ?we?re a warehouse?. Just abysmal service. Don?t believe their tales about weekend crowding the level of poor service extends throughout the week.

We come here fairly regularly. There always seems to be a queue to get into the car park since they built the petrol station in the car park. The warehouse is always clean and tidy. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The prices and quality of products is always excellent. The food court has a good variety of food at very good prices.

Whilst Costco is good value, they have fully screwed up the parking here since the addition of the petrol station. Whilst the petrol is cheap and there are good offers in store, the car park layout is now appalling and they shouldn't have been allowed to put the petrol station where they did without a proper design for flow.
We tend to go to a different Costco whenever possible now (normally Farnborough, where the car park is better). This one is not for the faint hearted.

I wish to remain anonymous, but I am writing a serious complaint about Bhup, a customer service supervisor. I was pressured by her into upgrading to the premium card and adding my son as a second cardholder when he was only 17 years old at that time . She confidently assured me that once he turned 18 this year, he could collect his card without any problems, even using her ?20 years of experience? as a supervisor to back up this claim.
To my absolute shock and anger, when we went to collect the card, we were met with a completely different reality. Not only was the information she gave us false, but the entire situation left us embarrassed, misled, and extremely frustrated.
It is unacceptable for a supervisor, someone in a position of trust, to mislead customers in this way. I feel deceived and let down by this experience. Bhup should not be allowed to continue giving out such misleading information, and she urgently needs proper training and accountability so that no other customer has to go through what I did.
The rest of the customer service team, however, were very polite and supportive. In particular, the other supervisor (the Asian lady) was extremely helpful, as were the rest of her team, who handled the situation with care and professionalism. Unfortunately, this only highlights the contrast with Bhup?s act. She should not be misleading customers like this in the future.

Had 30 mins to get a simple exchange, only 1 person making 2 queues and just got told to wait, waited 30 mins, still no one helping because they said others had waited longer, no evidence of this either way.

People driving around in circles several times to find a parking space, lots had to wait for other drives to drive out so they can get a space. People queuing at the entrance to go in and come out and inside so crowded it felt claustrophobic even though it was a huge building. Oh, one can not go in without a membership card, not even to have a look around. Definitely not a place for a quick dash.
