We visited the Costa location to grab a coffee, but unfortunately, there was only one staff member working. She was on a break, sitting at the front desk having dinner. There was no sign to notify us that the shop would be closed for 20 minutes. It was disappointing for me and the other customers waiting.

Our blueberry bubble tea was served warm. Barely any ice cubes. £10 for 2 drinks. What a waste of money. So disappointed.
Sadly, staff very young, inexperienced, slow and with their heads in the clouds.
Noticed this on most Costa drive through. Poor service. I don't know why we bother hoping people know how to make a drink.

24 hour costa coffe, I turned up at 4am and needed an energy boost 2 large caramel lattes (with double shots in) later I made it home safe and sound, great customer service , exactly what I needed, much appreciated, highly recommended.

I just watched something horrifying at Costa. The barista was cleaning the inside shelves of the baked goods cabinet with a cleaning cloth, brushing and touching the open muffins. Whether the cloth was wet or dry, it clearly contaminated the muffins. The funny thing is, she then moved the contaminated muffins with tongs, seemingly clueless that the contaminants might now be all over the food. I was about to order a blueberry muffin, but after witnessing this, I lost my appetite. How can I order now? Do these workers get any training in hygiene? Heck, does this even need training? Isn?t it just common sense?

The three members of staff working this morning on the westbound service station couldn?t do enough for the visitors. Chatty and friendly and helped customers with their trays. It?s little things like this that set one location of chain coffee house above others! Thankyou!

So if kesha?s milkshake brings all the boys to the yard, what can I make to bring all the men to the yard? I manage to summon a team of burly rugby boys/men with varying age here in costa, so you could say the potion worked or maybe its this cafe with its good location and cleanliness. Nahhh, it?s definitely my gorgeous charm and wit that attracted them, similar to Voldemort.
