Majority of staff are very welcoming and professional, However a few individuals seem to lack customer service. Food and coffee was great, and atmosphere was nice. Very clean and service was quick and easy. Would be a shame to let a those specific staff members ruin the experience for other customers and fellow colleagues.

Well if you are one of the many people like me who take their laptops to coffee shops to work, and depend on the wifi, forget it. The wifi at Costa Pangbourne never works and despite being repeatedly asked, they do nothing to fix it. What's worse, the mobile (4G) connection in the centre of Pangbourne is zero so you are unlikely even to be able to use your phone to connect to the Net. Instead, just sit there and enjoy your overpriced coffee.

If you want wifi with your latte, forget it. They've been told hundreds of times to fix their wifi but it either never works or is so slow as to be unusable. So if you're the kind of person who likes to have a coffee and get some work done, go elsewhere.

Today at 10.30 I visited for the first time with my husband Costa Cafe in Pangbourne,Reading. We were fascinated by this cafe. The staff was extremely friendly and worked professionally, they were constantly cleaning and serving the tables, the cafe has very nice outdoor tables in front of cafe and back of it. I recommend it to Costa lovers this cafe and I have definitely saved it as a favourite place.

I don't like to be negative in my views of people but Wow!!!!!! While waiting for my Coffee to be prepared to take away I was told very bluntly by "Maddie" that I wasn't allowed to consume a tiny piece of Chocolate I already had in my hand because it wasn't purchased from Costa!? When really it was because she wasn't competent in pouring water into my cup without it overflowing and me mentioning it to her.Basically she isn't very happy and is clearly without manners!!!

Excellent, very attentive. I sat at a place of my choice in the room where the table for 4 had excellent accommodation, but during the time I was there the table had utensils that 2 other people had previously used and at no point did the service staff remove them.Parking: I didn't pay attention, I got out of the car at the cafe door.Kid-friendliness: I don't know, it depends on the children and parents, but it's not very suitable, a good environment, nice because it's quiet, you can drink coffee, eat in peace, read the newspaper or magazine, stay as long as you want, in comfort.Wheelchair accessibility: Good accessibility, spacious and has a very friendly outdoor area on the sidewalk,
