Staff are so friendly, they know most customers by first name lovely and friendly ( from a northerner )

Majority of staff are very welcoming and professional, However a few individuals seem to lack customer service. Food and coffee was great, and atmosphere was nice. Very clean and service was quick and easy. Would be a shame to let a those specific staff members ruin the experience for other customers and fellow colleagues.
