Popped in this morning and the guys on the team today were brilliant. There were some tech issues with the till not working, no problem, serve the drink and pay when it's up and running, and everyone who came in was treated like a regular, they knew what the regular order was and had a bit of a chat with them. Lovely!

Had a visit with my family today. Not sure what has happened but the cake we had was unbelievably thin and small at nearly £3 a slice, dry and not good!!!

Going downhill due to constant changes in staff and the toilets are horrible and unsanitary. I went in two days running and the pombear explosion was still there more than 24 hours later..Parking: Parking is either at Waitrose (and you risk a fine) or the library.

Food and drinks were perfect..service was excellent too, very friendly staff.Our visit was spoilt by a "toddler" absolutely screaming. Other people's reactions were the same as mine...

This Costa shop is situated on a busy road junction with narrow pavements. Consequently the view isn?t great, but traffic noise isn?t intrusive.Free on street parking for up to an hour is available in Station Road including one disabled space. It?s about 50m away without needing to cross the main road but pavements in the area are narrow.The cafe is standard Costa. Varied seating from benches to table and chairs in twos or fours.Some people were working on laptops, so suitable for that.Service, food and drink to a reasonable standard.Wide access manually opening entrance door. Accessible aisle to counter and tables suited to wheelchair users.Two toilets at the rear, one of which is fully accessible.Although quite busy during my visit it was easy to find a table and overall the cafe and toilet were in good shape.Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options and a few vegan options among the menu offerings.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide entrance door opened manually. Access to the counter. Low counter space. Some accessible tables. Accessible toilet facilities.
