The recent renovation appears to have crammed a load of extra uncomfortable seats in, no doubt to make as much money as possible. Restricting flow and removing any place to wait for coffee, this makes the coffee shop no longer inclusive to pram and wheelchair users.

Was there and a woman was incredibly rude. This woman was pudgy, a bit on the shorter side with black curly hair being rude. They need better staff running the place at this location.

Always such slow service. They have plenty of staff but they appear so disorganised! Queue is too long, and they don't appear to up their game when it is to help clear it. It is infuriating to stand there and wait so long! If I could get the same drink in an independent, then I would.

Terrible service. As someone who has worked in a cafe, I?d never speak to a customer the way Xati spoke to me. Very upsetting and unfortunate.

I absolutely love visiting Costa Coffee in Caversham! The recent renovation has really elevated the ambiance ? it?s now a perfect spot to work quietly or catch up with friends. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make customers feel at home. What impresses me most is how they remember their regular customers and their preferred coffee orders ? it?s such a personal touch! Every time I visit, they deliver the exact coffee just the way I like it. Great service, great atmosphere!

Good sized coffee shop.
Great team, friendly and efficient.
Quick service.
Food and drink good.
Only let down is I can never connect to the wifi for some reason
