Very unprofessional staffs. I order a chocolate frappe. I always love it. But the guy add something different and couldn?t drink it at all. I couldn?t go back as I start driving.
Pls give them training or get rid of these kind of staffs. These staffs not good for business and wasting customer money.

We got 2 hot chocolates 1 with cream and marshmallows 1 with just cream both were at best warm, the chap that served us couldn't remember which had marshmallow ..won't come back

Love the vibes! I ordered lime cake as well as hot chocolate. I really like it! Also, I enjoyed the atmosphere it was quiet and very peaceful with some background coffee music. Spent 1 hour on this with my husband.

A great coffee house located in a convenient retail park with free parking. The place is exceptionally clean and excellent service from very helpful barista too!

Tried to order 2 drinks (flavoured latte and flavoured frappe) and 2 cakes. The service was horrid. First of all he didn?t listen and went to give me the cakes in a takeaway when I had said eat in. Then while ordering a cake his coworker came over and interrupted starting to talk to him about something. Very rude. The latte was not stirred properly so in the glass we could still see the syrup at the bottom and on the frappe there was little to no syrup around the edge.
All in all quite a negative experience from one of my fave coffee chains.

Dirty tables inside and outside, rubbish on the floor. nobody greats you when you enter and the service is pathetic
