I want to commend the outstanding performance of a female employee at the Costa Reading branch. She works with incredible dedication, always smiling, and serves with genuine care and professionalism. I tried to find out her name but couldn?t, though I managed to take a photo of her. She is, without a doubt, the best employee in this branch. Costa should recognize and honor her for her commitment and positive attitude, which greatly enhances the customer experience. Thank you for her exceptional efforts!

Visited Costa and had a great experience! The atmosphere is warm, and the staff are excellent. Special thanks to Barista Marcin and Kusum for the perfect coffee. My cortado was spot on. Thanks, team, for the great service! I?ll be back.

Staff acted annoyed because I came in 3 mins before closing time to grab an espresso. Something which takes less than 30 seconds. Incredibly rude like she was doing me a favour by making it. So I said nah forget it and left. Either serve me, or don't, you haven't closed yet, so you should serve me, and if you don't want to then at least have the gaull to say I don't want to serve you because I want to close early, don't serve me and act like you're doing me a favour and I've pissed you off. Anyway, no stress, I won't be back. Not my fault the clock on your till is 5 mins fast and says it's 6:02 when actually I'm writing this now and it's 6:02 so how could it have been 6:02 when I was in there 5 minutes ago. Ludicrous. Friendly staff with well prepared drinks. Very hot drink when served. Took a while to be served at the till buy once order accepted drinks were prepared quickly.

The staff was very unprofessional.
On February 19th at 5:32 PM, my sister and I arrived at the store and stood at the counter to place an order. At that time, there were no other customers?only the two of us waiting for about 4?5 minutes. However, the staff member was merely cleaning and chatting with someone in a foreign language. Although she clearly saw us waiting to order, she chose to ignore us, which left us extremely disappointed. As a result, we decided to leave and go to the Starbucks across the street, where we received much friendlier service.
After getting our coffee from Starbucks, we noticed that the same staff member was now serving another customer. I don?t know what we did wrong as customers to be treated with such disregard. I hope the store management will review how their staff is trained to prevent losing more customers in the future.

Best coffee in Town! I know it?s Costa and it?s everywhere, but it matters who is making the coffee and here I get the most tasty coffee from Town! The team it?s amazing, always with a good vibe and always happy to help!

Avoid with all cost if you care about your health. Asked for a DECAFF (i can't have normal coffee) and staff gave me a normal one telling me is a DECAFF. I felt seriously sick after one hour and went to emergency. I'm intending to take them to court.
