Had a very upsetting experience at Costa Chalfont Way , the staff Deepak rule the store completely, it took long time to prepare the drink for the customer before me, and one of customer walk out due long time waiting, he is clearly not familiar with what he doing , not sure the quality he made for anyone else.
The staff member, Deepak, was rude, dismissive, and aggressive. He spoke negatively
When the drink was returned, he became visibly hostile ? raising his voice, He kept speaking himself and mourning. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable and Costa needs to investigate it seriously. He displayed aggressive body language and I hope all of this is visible in the stores security footage.
The formal complaint will be followed up against, Deepak should not be working in customer service.

Totally unnecessary and loud background noise (ie, music), went there with a friend for a coffee and chat, couldn't hear ourselves speak. Won't be returning.

Had a very upsetting experience at Costa Chalfont Way on 23rd June at 17:19. My partner and I were left feeling genuinely shaken after the visit. She asked for mango sauce on top of her Mango Bubble Frappe, as shown in Costa?s own photos and done in other stores. The staff member, Deepak, was rude, dismissive, and aggressive. He spoke negatively about us to his colleague and repeatedly said, ?Have you ever worked in Costa?? in a condescending tone.
When the drink was returned, he became visibly hostile ? raising his voice, invading my partner?s space over the counter, and making derogatory remarks towards her. He kept speaking over her, but not over me, which felt clearly misogynistic. As we left, he shouted, ?Go away with your boyfriend? across the store to her. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable and Costa needs to investigate it seriously. He displayed aggressive body language and it is not acceptable, I would not like him to serve anyone especially women. I hope all of this is visible in the stores security footage.
If other people have been affected with this, please come forward to my email. We are gathering evidence for an official formal complaint as people like Deepak should not be working in customer service.

Every Saturday we come to this Costa and are often served by Aisha. She is smiley, helpful and incredibly efficient. Especially today when she was serving alone for a period of time and had it all under control. She makes our visit extra special and we miss her when she is not here! A big thank you Aisha!

Our regular place to go. Atmosphere usually great but generally lovley but at busy times it can get a bit loud. Can sometimes be full of students studying taking up the tables for several hours... some DRINKING MCDONALD'S !!! or things not purchased at costa....

lovely vibes, go there to study/chat often + good range of pretty frappes.
occasionally had issues with wait times for drinks, or going up to counter when no queue but waiting for barista to come over to serve me for about 10 minutes (when not busy either). seems understaffed leading to being ignored

I use this branch of Costa regularly and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Last week I closedmy car door on my thumb. The baristas were very helpful, helpingme clean the wound and putting a dressing on. Thanks very much. And I enjoyed my coffee afterwards.

Staff members were polite - most table areas were not cleared - dirty cups & plates left on them. Toilet area (particularly the disabled toilet) was dirty. Lots of tissue and puddles of water on floor - unsafe. Also the hand dryer was not working.

Great Costa. Friendly, professional staff. Awesome coffee. Tasty food. Great atmosphere. Toilets are clean and well-appointed. I can't wait to return. It has such a nice, cosy feel.

A cosy cafe in the neighbourhood. I love the tuna panini and egg mayo sandwiches here . My toddler loves hot chocolate here . Sometimes we come here for a cup of tea or coffee
