I?ve never visited this Co op before, DPD delivered a parcel for me to pick up there. The young man who served me was incredibly polite and helpful, whilst I was waiting for him to get my parcel out of the back office another member of staff asked if I needed help. I don?t know their names but they are both a credit to the Co op brand, the shop was well stocked clean and bright, and the staff really pleasant and helpful.

I stood in the queue waiting to be served and when the person in front of me had been served the Indian female checkout assistant started serving the customer behind me, even after I complained that I was next in the queue. .. I'll never be shopping in that store again.!!

Poor quality service, bad management service
Not answering my calls.
Not sorting out a problem that they caused in the first place
The manager was rude and not helpful in anyway
Did not even call me bad after I complained about not receiving my products and was not told if I would or would not be getting the correct order.
Would I choose this store
No I would not and I will also tell friends and family that this store is useless and unreliable
Not worth it being open

Have ordered online and haven't received my order, if you ring the store you either get no reply or someone that's not interested in helping you!

For all of June and into July 2023, Co-Op whitley wood continually decline Deliveroo orders. They should be removed from the App. Useless store.

Don't order from this co op store as I ordered from just eat from this store and never received my goods. Called the store and they told me nothing to do with them call just eat. No help what's so ever.

Lots of missing items on the shelves when I visited. But had most of what I came in for. Woman on the till was polite and helpful.

Rude staff, i was followed around the store and accused of stealing an empty coffee jar i had in my bag ( i use it to store rizlas, a lighter and tobacco)
After being embarrased infront of the other customers, i told them to keep the items I was going to buy and I left the store.
