Turned up today and asked to speak to pharmacist. Older chap who was patient and listened and provided me with his recommendation. Also clearly knew the medication on offer.Two women behind the till/prescription desk are always polite and attend to you as soon as they are free.

Friendly and helpful staff who manage very well even when it is very busy. When they don't have an item in my father in law's prescription, they'll usually have it ready for the following day in the afternoon.

Multiple problems with this chemist. Always missing prescription items - when owed items, these never come into stock. This place is constantly leaving people without prescribed medication

Wouldn't advise using this pharmacy.They never have the stock and even when they order supply in for a prescription... 1 week later they still do not have it.Never had a good experience with them

I have had multiple problems with the chemist I only ever used it in emergencies but today was the final straw issues I have had in the past a certain dose of a new medication prescribed to me wasn?t available and I was asked to go back to the doctor and ask for a different strength and this went on for about a week when had they actually called the doctor themselves could have been sorted on the second day as I didn?t know what I was asking forToday is the second time they have had me going back to the Gp chasing a prescription that was actually with them it seems to me that they are unable to deal with same day prescriptions. Today got worse as I arrived 4 hours after the prescription was sent stated not received but then found waited 20 minutes for it to be made up but because I couldn?t wait I asked a relative to collect later if I paid. when they again the pharmacy stated they had not received the prescription and gave me a refund which I have got to wait for. I chased the Gp and it had been sent so tonight I am without painkillers and I need to start the process again. Definitely one very unhappy customer I thought their predecessors Lloyds were bad but they certainly were able to find a prescription. The one positive I will say that the 2 junior sales assistants were lovely and polite. I would like to apologise to the one I was a little short tempered with

Very slow service. Min 30 min wait. Never have the needed Medication in stock. Absolutely shocking The floor is always DIRTY. It?s never cleaned. Overall poor service. Improvement needed!

Just make sure you don't arrive there at 9am(when it opens), unless you want to be turned away, because the Pharmacist doesn't know that is the time for opening and therefore arrives when they like...i was turned away twice after walking 20mins to get there at 9am.And they didn't even care; "even though its 9am legally we cannot open because the pharmacist is not in" was all I got on two occasions. Grand service!!!
