Bought this two weeks ago and the screen came apart like this today. Wouldn't give refund because they're calling it accidental damage even though one of the staff said the battery can overheat and cause the screen to do this. Never again.

Poor Service - tried to sell my 2 iwatches but pathetic time management and customer service.
They asked me to come back in 3 hours so that they can test it but when I came back at the given time, they haven?t even started testing. They then asked me to wait another 2 hours. As if they don?t value customers time. Ultimately I sold it to the other infront of them in a better price. useless people.

Got galaxy watch, didn?t connect to iPhone- so returned, bought a Fitbit charge 3 for the same price (was told refund is unavailable due to the recent galaxy watch refund) - was told it by GC it will track my heart rate, as im currently assessing a health condition. Was also told by GC it?s charge lasts around 2-3 days. charged it fully and it died within 3 hours, there is small cracks on the screen causing brightness to fade AND it does not track heart rate or bpm due to the sensor also being faulty. Absolutely fuming, do not trust cex.

Sold a CPU and told them to transfer the money over to my account as i had no time to wait around for cash. Got no email confirmation and no money. Nobody is replying even though i got receipt from them from the day

Worst customer service in the world. Stood waiting for half an hour to look at a watch I was interested in buying, phone was covered in scratches I couldn't see through the window and I was rudely told I couldn't handle it or try it on. Of the 3 times I've been in to look at buying something they've always been rude and uncourteous
