Hands down the worst and most over priced curry I have eaten in 38 years.
Called and made my order. Was told 20min despite one order being received in the mean time and no fresh orders made still ended up being 35min, I?m happy to wait if the food is good but it really isn?t.
I ordered chicken jalfrezi and plain rice.
The chicken was dry chewy had no seasoning.
The only bit that was reasonable was the lump that had obviously fallen into mine from a coconut based dish.
The sauce totally lacked in flavour and was incredibly watery. All the vegetables had been cooked to destruction with only the hard outer skin of the onion that should have been removed and disposed at prep left and the remnants of tomato skin. The whole dish had a nasty microwave re heated taste.
The rice was not only the worst I have eaten but the worst I have ever seen! As plain rice it should be white?? it was a weird of yellow brownish colour and had clearly been left on the side for hours then microwaved.
If you want a good curry for less money in a faster time best to stay on the right side of the Bridge!!

I?m absolutely disgusted! Me and my partner always order from here and don?t normally have a problem tonight I order a chicken korma and since being pregnant I check my chicken to make sure it?s cooked fully. I called the restaurant to complain and they told me it was a flavouring that made it that colour I knew this wasn?t the case so I told the man I would like a refund. He denied that the chicken was raw, he came to my address to proceed to tell me it isn?t raw when It obviously was!! Absolutely fumming as I had a few bite of the chicken before I actually checked and now very scared about getting ill. I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone!!!

Ordered my food and when it arrived one of the meals was raw. Of the three meals one of them had completely pink chicken inside and when I phoned them to ask them if there is anything they could do about it they told me it?s just the tint of the chicken. It wasn?t a tint the chicken was completely raw and only had Color on the outside due to the sauce. I haven?t been offered anything in compensation not a refund. Would not recommended ordering from here unless you like salmonella.

Thought I would order here for a change as I normally order somewhere closer to Tilehurst. I?m glad I did. Both my wife and I commented on how delicious the food was and how good the price was. I will definitely be ordering from here from now on! The seekh kebabs were especially tasty!

The best curry in Reading. Always my go to and never fail to impress. Lamb Karahi is the best. 100% recommend!!!

First and last time. Small, expensive portions. The pilau rice was flavourless and cold. The naan arrived cold and damp, the stuffed paratha was more stodgy and flavourless than ones from the supermarket, and the butter chicken was yellow, sweet and made from coconut? More like a korma ? nothing like butter chicken/murg makahni is meant to be.
Edit - well this customer didn?t like it! Why call it butter chicken? It isn?t.
