Went into the card factory on broad street to get some balloons for my sisters birthday and there was a wonderful man very helpful but the woman in there was absolutely disgusting her attitude speaking down to the man and shouting at him for only trying to help was horrible to watch the poor man should get a pay rise for having to put up with her!!!

Bad customer service.
Was looking to buy cards, as there were some offers.
The assistant at the till (foreigner) had her phone on speaker and she was talking another language to someone (friend/family, I assume) - maybe Nepalese or Pakistan...do not know...I had to speak over her speaker phone, to get assistance - and I said "Sorry", do not know why I would apologise...she should.
Very unprofessional environment!! I still can't believe she thinks this looks good on the business...and also, customers were in the shop.
If I would be her manager, I would fire her straight away, no hesitancy!

I was in here earlier but the card I wanted wasn't available in Broad street. But the assistant said try the one in The Mall. It was half 5. And the manager was rude. Turning off lights and shouting to the guy telling him to get everyone out of the shop. That is so unpleasant you can't speak to people like that.

Lovely staff who are welcoming and happy to help. A wide range of products, including helium balloons, soft toys and gifts for every occasion, not to forget cards too. The shop is organised very well, but expect a queue, especially if someone has ordered a lot of helium balloons. Prices are good. Closest car park is in the Broad Street Mall, or side road parking, which you still need to pay for via Ringo.

Veronica.. manager? How?? Worst customer service i've ever received! Refused to pump up my helium balloons which I purchased from another store because the large canisters "are too heavy to carry downstairs" I pointed out the their website confirms they will fill balloons from other retailers at a small cost, which I was fine with paying.
Constantly asked for a reciept, but why would that matter? Just plain excuses and lazy, no wonder they are paid minimum wage.
