Terrible service. Most times I try can get a sandwich from there heated up they burn it to a crisp but don?t acknowledge it, by the time you open the bag it?s practically inedible. I would recommend the other two locations in town as this one is not good

Rude staff, asked for an espresso gave me dirty cup and plate. When I asked to change it the lady started making faces and the coffee she put in other cup.

The server was so rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I made a mistake with my order and then she then proceeded to look irritated and shook her head and mumbled under her breath. Then said there?s too much in my order in a condescending way like she?s drinking it.

Overall, the store is extremely lovely, with great coffee and a pleasant atmosphere. But what bothers me is that the store manager does nothing to aid the team. I always see her hidden in the corner, and I notice one lady going up and down, dealing with the queue and doing everything. And then, while the lady was taking my order, she kept interrupting and talking to the staff whilst i was trying to order which was quite rude of her.

We ordered 16 drinks to celebrate recent sucess at the GP surgery. Unfortunately many drinks came half full. They were not marked what they are so one member of staff was left without drink to keep her safe due to severe nut allergy. One drink tasted of pure water. Big dissapointment and we managment have let our staff down massively with poor quality drinks. We also called the cafe and they were not willing to accomodate a drink that was out of the stock. Again another member of staff left without a drink. Avoid!!

The two ladies behind the bar were lovely, the one who made my drinks was a trainee but she was excellent on the bar. Served everyone so quickly and drinks were also made very quickly, thank you!??

Very disappointed with the frappe order. Looks more like chocolate ice slush rather than a frappe. Not worth the money you pay for it.

Very pleasant coffee shop very close to Reading station, clean, relaxing music and a range of seating spaces. Large Americano £3.25 but Octopoints customers can get a free one!
