Overall from the appearance it is placed well on a small industrial park. We chose to eat in on the day of our visit, the order was, 1) Whooper Meal & Onion Rings. 1) Chicken Royale Meal.
Whooper wasn't the temperature I would of liked, slightly cold. Fries were 'ok' but the Onion rings were horrible. Hard, dry and over cooked. The chicken Royale was sloppy and bun and burger left the chat when picked up which resulted in bun in hand and Chicken of the table kind of affair. I did mention the burger ? issue to a team member who didn't offer a soultion, the Onion rings were replaced (reluctantly).
The cleanliness wasn't the best on the day we visited. Overall 2/10.

Krishna from Reading gave us the most exceptional service and attitude. An utterly fantastic employee a credit to BK have eaten in many establishments but the service given was out of this world. He helped two techno phobs to master the BK app lol
