The cashier seemed a bit unsure about how to use the BP app I presented for scanning and collecting points (which was a bit surprising), but in the end, the process went through successfully. It was calm and without any queue?probably because it was Easter Sunday.

We had a long trip with many delays due to the fire at Heathrow on the Friday, hotel bookings cancelled, lost luggage etc so we were very tired and distracted when we filled our car hire with petrol from this BP service station.
My husband paid and it was only when we reached our holiday destination in Cornwall that he realised he couldn?t find his wallet. Mr Jose, Miss Fardah and the rest of his team located the cctv footage to show that my husband definitely had his wallet with him as he returned to the car.
So, we focused our efforts on finding the wallet which was in the car all the time but was hard to find in a deep glove compartment. Mr Jose was so polite and determined to help reassure us that the wallet had not been left or stolen. Very kind and helpful person with a good team to support him.

Put £500 diesel in HGV and usually get a food discount voucher.I didn't get one."Where's my voucher...you are moto aren't you?"To which I was informed "no we're not moto".On leaving the services it states on a sign"Thank you for visiting Moto".Now either the fuel court staff are keeping the discount vouchers or they have no idea who they work for.My weekly £500 fuel is now at Chieveley where they do know who they work for

Not a very welcoming place full stop. If we're to judge a place by its toilets then this is what you can see. It's disgusting. It wasn't just trashed or dirtied by a careless individual, it's clearly accepted by management that this is how it should be. It was horrible, smelled, damaged, the signage addressing customers like an exasperated boss telling off the "guys". Someone was brave enough to be using the pan, I didn't hang around long enough to salute him. BP, you're charging a hefty premium for these facilities, and you have the literal profits of an oil company. Come on. Do better.
