Received some brilliant advice from the young No 7 assistant. She was so helpful. Her recommendations for mascara and foundation fantastic - I love both. I would never have considered navy and a volume mascara without her advice. When I need to make my next purchase will definitely make the trip to see her rather than going to the store in town. Thank you too for the samples. Each of which will become my next ?go to purchases?. Would also like to congratulate No 7 on the new foundation - it is great! Comparable and better than many far more expensive brands.

Went to boots today and had an incredible experience with Glenisha on the No7 counter. She helped me find the right shade of foundation, showed me the different ones they have, what benefits each one had and gave me lots of tips on how to apply the primer, foundation & concealer. Gave me samples of the skincare and she labelled them too. Such a lovely person and so kind. Glenisha helped me with a boots advantage card too. The service was fantastic. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain everything and showed me how they looked on my skin. I will be back because of her service :)

Got followed around by security and when I questioned him he just wanted to act dumb. I was with my cousin and our kids. Made us both feel so uncomfortable. I asked him if he was good and to stop starring and he replied with ? I didn?t say anything? but he didn?t need to. I offered for him to walk us to the till so we could prove we were paying but I shouldn?t have to. I have never and never will steal especially with my child with me. First and last time I?ll be going in there

'Boots the pharmacy' it used to be called. But this one no longer has a pharmacy. pffft. It's a overpriced beauty products store now, nothing more. Despite its size, stocks are limited. Some items are unfathomably only kept in the stock room. This is understandable for a £200 electric shaver but not a £15 skin cream. You have to take the empty box to the till, then the miserable and sullen staff take 10 minutes trying to find stock, meanwhile causing the queue to build up at the till. As insult to injury, my wife reports having frequently been followed around by security, as other reviewers have mentioned. Just shut it down and replace it with Superdrug or something.

Super service this evening from Bibiana. I had an issue with my Advantage Card which she kindly sorted out for me. Thank you! I always use this store. The staff work hard and are always very helpful.

I went in this evening and couldn?t find a product I?d been looking for at other stores over the last few weeks. I asked the lovely Sam who went in the back, found it and got it for me. The customer service here is excellent ????

The customer service at the store stinks. There was one employee in particular who I asked a question to and i got spoken to as if I was stupid. I asked her about a mascara being out of stock and she couldn't even be bothered to check the drawer to see if there were any more and just told me if its not on the shelf then theres obviously none in the store. I then had to go up to another shop assistant and ask them instead who did check for me and saw there was a spare one.
I don't know how these people get jobs or choose to work in environments where they need to interact with people

Each time I go in to this store I am followed by the security guard. Today I asked why he was following me to be told it my fault for noticing someone was following me?! Not sure how that works. after speaking to him i didnt bother looking around any further and just bought what i already had in basket,i will go elsewhere to get the rest.Won't go in here again,feel uneasy and like I have instantly done something wrong the second I walked in.

Great service from Nia today!! She helped me use my old phone on the photo printing device and then gave me lots of No 7 beauty advice. This store is very lucky to have her.
