Very poor behaviour by one of the staff members in the consultation room. Absolutely no acknowledgement of the mistake of not knowing that an approved prescription is pending for dispensing.. made to make 3 visits for critical diabetes and blood pressure medication and subsequently asking to go to another pharmacy!!!

If I could of given it 0 stars I would of. Never open on time. My elderly parents are always waiting. Always the same excuse. It's a locum and don't know when they are coming unfortunately hopefully in the next ten minutes..No pharmacist then they do t open the store. Stood here waiting and 4 elderly people all in there 80 waiting, no wonder they have the bench opposite. Shameful.

Very slow service and poor communication. Maybe I came on a bad day? but the other reviews suggest a lot of ?bad days?. Giving two stars as they did give me the correct medication.

Visited this morning and after a long wait staff were quite short and abrupt. Didn't have the medication I needed and couldn't recommend another pharmacy

Very bad service. Always said we have to wait 30 minutes ya more. They never prepared medicine before we came. Poor service.

They have been constantly rubbish for 7 years . It's amazing how they keep their licence to dispense. As all they dispense is wasted time.

Incredibly slow for service (always a queue and can take 10+ minutes). Plus while most staff are at least helpful and generally friendly, one member of staff is brusque, rude (heard her tell a customer the long wait wasn't her problem), and outright lied to me about things. Switched my prescriptions from here to the ASDA pharmacy and happy to never have to come back to this branch again.

Extremely rude and unwilling to help. The staff didn't know a single thing and are unfit to advise anyone on medical issues.

The slowest pharmacy ever! ASDA pharmacy which is 1 min away is 100 times better and has more professional staff!

Worst boots store i been to, the guy on till doesn?t give a crap about customers waiting in queue to pay, he just disappears somewhere back, waited 20min at the counter only for him to come and go back again, no communication nothing, Boots please train your employees for better customer service

Whatever the time is, you always have to stand in the queue for a minimum of 20 minutes, and usually longer. It doesn't matter what you are after. Prescription? Off the shelf medicine? Question? Same.

Pharmacist is incompetent. Described what I needed, he pointed me to a product, which I bought. Noticed it was half that cost in the adjacent Asda. Got home to read the instructions and found it was completely wrong for what I described.

Terrible service. No stock of one item
Told to come back in 15 mins for the other. Went back after 15 mins and waited for another 30 minutes before I received it as Saeed hadn't signed it.
