SERVICE IS VERY BAD. THEY don't HAVE A MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMERS AT PHARMACY. THEY HAVE TO SHOW SOME EMPATHY ATLEAST IF THEY NEED ANY HELP. CERENA IS THE REP WHO IS IN THE MEDICAL SECTION SHE CALLED ME AT THAT TIME I WAS CHECKING FOR THE PRESCRIPTION, SO I SAID TWO MINUTES. SHE WENT INSIDE WITHOUT RESPONDING. I WENT TO THE COUNTER, NO ONE WAS THERE SHE SAW ME WHILE I WAS STANDING AT THE COUNTER. BUT SHE IS NOT COMING INSTEAD SHE WENT TO THE PRESCRIPTION SECTION AND HELPED TO THE LADY WHO CAME AFTER ME. I STOOD THERE FOR LONG TIME, THEN I CHANGED THE COUNTER. THEN A LADY HELPED ME. IS THIS A PHARMACIST doing with THE PATIENTS? PLEASE HELP HER IN TEACHING CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE INTERACTING WITH THE CUSTOMERS.LITERALLY SHE IS SHOWING HER ATTITUDE, NEVER HAPPENED TO ME THIS IS THE FIRST TIME. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Just went in for Germaline nobody could tell me where it was, after asking 4 assistants who directed me to a vague area of the store I went next door to Super Drug and got in minutes.

I have had a horrible experience with the cashier in boots on Monday afternoon , she was extremely rude and refused my question to my free supplies which I was untitled to as I spend the amount .when I was kind and asked her about the offer she said she doesn?t know and began to shout at me . I am so unhappy with the customer service

This boots has to be hands down the worst pharmacy I've ever had to attend I whent in for a emergency prescription the lady pharmacist said yes it will be 15 min she stood around talking to colleagues after about 45 min she came out with 3 tablets, I've been in there when there are loads of people waiting for there methadone witch should be done 1st thing in the morning so these people dont have to wait around.
I had a eye infection an was refused buying a eye gel the male told me they just can't seel it if I don't no what it was yet I no my body and get eye infections all the time even though I can go online an buy this medication he wouldn't serve me. Worst experience ever an no matter what they reply to this I won't be recommending anyone to go in there!

Had an emergency and needed to collect my wife?s prescription urgently. Arrived at Boots Broad Street to find the staff happily chatting and snacking, but apparently, preparing a prescription before exactly 10:00 AM was out of the question. Rules are rules, I guess?especially the unwritten one about customer service being optional. Nice to see where priorities lie!

Nightmare with pre-booked flu jab. I got sent to the other Boots branch even though my confirmation had this branch. Oracle Boots couldn't accommodate me either unless I could wait for 1/2 hour which I couldn't. Raised a complaint with customer services asking them to fix this so it doesn't impact anyone else but they haven't bothered to respond to me. Got my jab elsewhere and it was cheaper too!
