Just popped in to get myself a gas bottle having found out the old barbecue one was empty. Very prompt and professionally handled by the manager Steve who clearly has the respect of his staff and knows what he?s doing. The kind of person who communicates well and instantly gives the appearance of being switched on and on the ball. Clearly a sound guy and an asset to this business. Only in and out in 15-20 mins max but this clearly stands out for me as quite a different customer service experience than I?m used to - absolutely spot on. Cheers Steve, your background / training shines on mate.

I went to the store a few days ago, and had my emotional support dog with me, in my arms. She's a 3kg, very small dog.
When I tried to go in, the guard refused me access.
I explained she was my support dog, that we had just been to the vet, and needed to buy one product.
He said something along the lines "not while I'm here, support animals are for blind people, go nextdoor".
This is unacceptable, and just shows lack of training and education the company provides to their employees.
I am really appalled by the discrimination, poor manners, and ignorance of this person.
I contacted support, and all I got was an email saying they will look into and and they hope this doesn't deter me from purchasing there in the future. Another poor way of addressing a sensible issue.
Disappointing and offensive.

Love the store but I went today and bought an electric hand mixer used it this evening making cakes and the smell of burning hit us and smoke started pouring out the back of it I?m not happy about this at all
