Good food. Best banoffee sundae!!! The bourbon bbq burger has a little pipette to add your own bourbon...which is great if you don't actually want to add it and just want to bbq burger. Only complaint...is the coffee was not hot, but that could just be my personal preference for liking hot coffee. We've been for brunch before too...and will go back again.

Sunday brunch. Booking of 6. 6 drinks ordered, 5 meals ordered. A pretty simple booking.
1 of the drinks was wrong. 3 of the meals were wrong. The bill was wrong. Not very good service despite a relatively small booking!
Food wise- chicken and pancakes were really not great. The pancakes are fine but the chicken was very poor quality and tasted worse than a cheap supermarket frozen breaded cutlet. I'd be shocked to learn this isn't what was used!
Wouldn't recommended coming here, plenty of better places in Reading

Food was decent and came quite quickly. However, pancakes were overcooked and dry with very little syrup and had to be sent back. In addition, I dislike anywhere where 12.5% service charge is automatically added to the bill. The customer should have the choice to choose their level of tip

Decided to go straight from work with a friend for lunch at Bills today for 2:30. Had booked online and we were offered tables in and out. We decided to sit outside and the lovely lady arranged the table and umbrellas to protect us in case there was rain.
Delicious meal with excellent menu. We had lots of staff at various times as we didn?t leave until 7:00pm! (Talking you see.) At no point were we made to feel like we had over stayed our welcome. We were not harassed or asked to go and all the staff were exceptional. I love the relaxed atmosphere at Bills and would recommend to everyone.

Beautiful food, amazing service and attention to detail. Top tier awareness of dietary needs, they couldn?t have done more to ensure a proper gluten free breakfast. A definite gem. The vegetarian Garden Plate was so delicious.

I had a wonderful experience at Bill's in Reading. The warm welcome and the friendly smiles from the staff made a great impression. The food was delicious and expertly prepared, and the restaurant's ambiance and cleanliness were top-notch. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

I have not been to Bills in a bit. It was mostly average. The menu didn't really excite any of us. We did end up having deserts, including the banoffi Sunday, which was more like a cheese cake in a bowl, with a small scoop of ice cream.
The team did a pretty good job looking after us, but did seem absent at times.
Oddly, the ability to pay online, with a great way to split the bill was a highlight.
