Cannot praise their customer service enough. The gentleman I purchased the greenhouse from was very knowledgeable about the product, giving me advice and tips on construction. When I encountered a problem with a missing part he managed to find a replacement immediately without having to reorder etc.On hindsight I should have paid extra to have it installed, but he coached me through whenever I hit a snag and was so patient.Pleased to say after sore thumbs I managed it.Would definitely use them again.

First time I have been here for some years, and was surprised to see it is now a Dobbies Garden Centre with a Waitrose inside. I confess to liking garden centres more for the home stuff than the garden gear, so I was disappointed as there was not really that much on offer. We contemplated having lunch here but the menu looked poor and there weren't many customers in the café section which was probably telling. Also noticed Ladd's Garden Centre is now shut so that is pretty disappointing.

Shed leaking after a few months contacted staff at dobbeys who sold it told to contact a and j sheds direct.A and j sent 2 men who said I will have to pay to sort problem out. awful service.I have had to pay to get shed sorted out.Would definitely not recommend buying a shed from there. I would not even rate it 1 star

Called in for lunch today, 1st choice not available (lasagne) 2nd choice not available (scampi & chips) ended up with fish & chips, there were four of us eating, waited nearly an hour from time of ordering, fish was fine but chips were barely warm, not sure I would bother to eat there again, shame because it looks nice and clean, staff were also pleasant.

First time.eatting in dobbies cafe since they took.over form wyvales.ordered a toastie at £6 I thought overly priced but I was hungry .waited at least 25 mins for a simple toastie.had to go back and ask where my food is and got no apologie just told to wait a couple of mins more.only 2 staff members on cafe till .and it was quite busy inside for a afternoon.toastie was not too bad tbh.they are obviously very understaffed and staff look stressed

Although I had to wait several months for delivery of the shed due to covid and demand, it was made clear from the start there would be a delay. Shed arrived this week, excellent quality and erected within half an hour. So pleased with it. The shed I chose was a Phoenix Classic Potting Shed, brilliant.

Just brilliant service, they helped me obtain a shed that was proving to be tricky to find. They constantly searched for stock & got one from the manufacturer. Great order lead time & we cannot stress how brilliant the delivery was. Would totally recommend

Richard was so helpful liaising with my husband to source the shed we wanted. The level of customer service has been exemplary throughout.
The shed arrived today and the delivery guys couldn't have been friendlier, they rang us with an ETA for arrival and got the boxes into the garden for us. Couldn't wish for more.

This was the easiest transaction in a long time. The order was processed speedily, the builders A & J did what they said, the item was delivered and erected exactly on time and in excellent condition. All in all a really good purchase. Richard at Berkshire Garden Buildings stands out for exceptional customer service. I wanted to buy a Biohort garden shed and he was by far the quickest, most helpful and knowledgeable of the companies I contacted, really impressive (only matched by that of Trent at Biohort itself). Highly recommend Richard and Berkshire (and Biohort).

Roger has an excellent selection of summer houses from different suppliers and he will take the time to make sure you get exactly the look and feel you're after. The installation was done in a day and they worked with our electrician to make sure all the lighting and power socket cabling were hidden between the inner and outer walls for that professional finish. We couldn't be happier.

I have been meaning to write a review for a year or so now to say how great Roger and his team are, now seems like a good time as we had a building installed this morning.They are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and well priced.The installation is seamless with the team arriving promptly and working quickly to put the buildings up.The buildings themselves are really great quality, our latest one is an A & J but we have a couple of other makes too.Wouldn't go anywhere else for a garden building now they really are great would highly recommend.
