Your show room in a convenient location (allow us to test the bed before buying) as well as staffed with an experienced team (not only knowing the products well but also knowing when to let us test on our own/ when to come back to explain) were critical to our decision-making process.
The delivery team (Darren and Paul) was on time and friendly. Darren explained how to take care of my mattress to me thoroughly. His sense of humour made my day too :)

Bensons Beds go to a lot of trouble to ensure a good customer experience... from sales to delivery. All credit for that. However, I was let down at the final hurdle: a new mattress was marked when opened. The damage stood out like a sore thumb. How can a company like that not do a final spot-check before the product is packaged? More care needed in future. I didn't opt to change it because of all the faff that would involve; instead got some money back (though not as much as I asked for!).

No ?hi hello how can I help? ? please let me know if I can help with anything ? only dirty looks like he was doing us a favour with his presence. Thank God there is Furniture Village next door with outstanding customer service !!! They got our business !!

I received my call and a second call just to confirm they were in the right place and shortly after I received a call from my wife who was at home waiting in for the delivery which worried me. To my delight the first words out of her mouth was if Bensons want to know how delivery people did give them a golden reveue as they were absolutely brilliant two flights of stairs in hot weather Gary Jones my wife has never been this quick to prase anyone thank you for your professionalism I just hope you get to see the review to know how good you are. thank you

I had a great experience visiting Bensons for Beds yesterday. Ishry at the store was incredibly helpful?he took the time to understand exactly what I needed and guided me through picking the right mattresses for both a double and a king size. His knowledge and patience made the process so smooth. He also managed to offer me the best deal available, which was a pleasant bonus. Bought a bed from here went to collect on 7th of this month the customer service was awful and appalling did not to help to collect only open the were house door and wave it there in rude manner zero customer service

Whilst the staff that we dealt with were very courteous and helpful. When the bed was first delivered, it was the wrong size and its replacement was defective. Not great service to say the least

Absolutely shockingly bad customer service. The shop floor staff were pretty uninterested & had an air of arrogance about them. We left & went straight to Dreams where the customer service was 5 star so we bought our £2.5k mattress from there instead.
