We were charged 60£ for the delivery and ideally the beds has to be delivered free of charge. All the other providers donot charge for the delivery and hence I am dissatisfied for the additional charge which is way too high. With the delivery charges waved we could have got a better product from other vendors

Purchased a mattress in Forbury store. We went to that store twice, both times nobody provided us assistance or asked if we needed help, members of staff were sitting at desk/on sofa. My husband and I were not sure which mattress was suitable for us. So after trying lots of mattresses we purchased an extra firm one worth more than £850. When paying my husband asked what the policy was in case we weren't happy with the mattress. Richie the person we paid to only mentioned that we had 40 days sleep and that we could return it if not happy.The mattress arrived and we tried to sleep on it for 3 weeks and regretted it as hard as a brick, sleepless nights and back pain all day. We spoke to another branch (the one near Matalan)that informed us in regards to the 10% return fee to pay.This store manager (Mohammed) actually helped us to choose the best mattress to replace the one at home and he also offer the sleeppro service.He also informed us that we needed to call customer service to open our account so that we could return the original mattress purchased, on the phone the customer service team informed us that only the store where we purchased the original order can remove or adjust on that unfair and previous unknown 10% return fee as we were not happy with their customer service from start. So we went to the store where we purchased the mattress, we explained all the situation and they refused to remove the return fee as we were supposed to know before purchasing the mattress, so had to pay the difference with the other mattress , plus £40 for the delivery and ulterior £80 to return the mattress purchased at the beginning, only because there is a lack in theirs customers service team. Really disappointed. Many other mattress shops do offer a free return. NOT BENSONS FOR BEDS AGAIN

Will definitely recommend, from choosing the mattress in store to delivery everything was perfect.The branch manager and reading retail park helped us and he was very experienced and knowledgeable about the products and very professional.The guys who delivered the mattress was also fantastic, very impressed with all aspects of service. Awful service, very inflexible with delivery of the bed, refused to move the bed delivery any earlier. We were expecting to receive our bed on monday 5th Feb, but we have just told the mattress (that we already paid for) is now sold out and our bed won't be delivered. You would think if you had ordered and paid for your bed, it wouldn't be sold to someone else. I wouldn't buy from Benson's for Beds again.
