Dad used to bank his whole salary with Barclays, and I was once tempted to bank there too, because of Barclay's Quaker roots. But now I see that much of my money invested with Barclays would go into supporting fossil fuel companies. I've found out that Barclays have invested more than any other UK bank in coal, oil, and gas, even after the 2015 Paris agreement to limit global warming. Such investments are extremely risky, because the more and more governments and companies are stopping using these fuels in electricity generation and transport. For the sake of the future, it's wrong to be addicted to fossil fuels. My one-star review is intended to help people avoid putting their money and morals at risk
