I have previously had unpleasant experiences in other branches in London, but I recently visited the Reading branch and was pleasantly surprised - from the people who welcomed me as I went it to Miriam who helped me update my account. Her kindness was very much appreciated, not to mention my issue was solvedin 3 minutes. Excellent service!
