Three attempts to get a prescription that was sent through by my doctor.
First - long queue and then they were waiting for a delivery.
Second - no queue because they were closed for an unadvertised lunch break.
Third - short queue but a long wait as staff were repeatedly unable to find prescriptions.
Meadway pharmacy is close by and seems to be much better sorted.

Pharmacist does not understand professional obligations... They are nominated as trusted community members that can endorse ID for legal paperwork... But the pharmacist is not comfortable with her own professional obligations, so does not fufil them.

The queue can be a little long at times, but when you are seen the care and attention is second to none by the pharmacist. Keep it up!

On a Sunday, the pharmacist saw my 4 year old son so quickly and was able to prescribe him antibiotics. He was so lovely with my son when assessing him and I was so grateful to be able to access what he needed when the surgery was closed at the weekend. The other staff were also so helpful and friendly. Very impressed!

I wish you could give minus stars. I had called 111 who told me to go to Asda pharmacy, the pharmacist there will check my throat and then contact the out of hours doctor if he feels I need antibiotics. Turned up at this pharmacy, pharmacist refused to check my throat, spent ages on a computer and then recommended I buy a throat spray, even though I had told him I had tried all the over counter medication. He then just looked at me, baffled and said he didn?t know what else to say. Qualifications should not be handed out to people like him! I?m disgusted

Is a phone number to call, but when you call they never answer.I don't want waste my time a petrol just to find out that my prescription is not ready. You should do like Boots. Send a txt when prescription is ready for collection. Simple !

Absolutely disgraceful!!! I've been calling since 11.30 and have had the phone hung up on me 5 times.If you can't pick up a phone then don't advertise it!!!!!If you are busy put a busy announcement on!!!! Not difficult

Avoid at all costs. Long waiting time then unable to find my prescription. They suggested I call back with information I needed to retrieve from my GP. I got this information then attempted to phone the pharmacy more than 100 times with no response, so my only option is to drive there and join the queue again. It is agonising trying to get even the most basic level of service.

I went to buy some painkillers. Dude before me bought the same painkillers no questions asked ,When I asked for it the lady looked at me like i was about to rob her and started asking questions to me and even went behind to ask if it was ok, the gentlemen behind me even noticed it and shook his head.
