Total lack of communication, constant broken promises and when you complain, even the complaints manager doesn?t reply or even seem to care. Fees are high, poor advice and lost me over £18000 on my initial investment and didn?t seem to care and claimed it was not real money but virtual funds. A simple request to release all my pension funds took over 6 months due to them stalling and trying to talk me out of it. Advisor then refused to speak to me when I made a complaint about him. Avoid this company like the plague. Only scored 1 star as it?s not possible to score zero that they deserve.

Genuinely appalling. Constant mistakes (always being blamed on platform provider), poor service, lack of support, failure to respond to formal complaint (took 4 months to get a response, and that was only when chased). I would honestly go as far to say that this company are negligent. There is no transparency, the fees are very high for what you get and it took a ridiculous amount of communication and confusion to actually question the fee structure. It turns out that my Dad was being charged top tier fees for a very simple pension and portfolio. We have now left them and I would urge you to not go near them.
