Just to note- if you are POC they will be asking you to empty your reusable shopping bags at the till, even though you just set them up in your trolley in front of the till worker. Also, if you bring a half bottle of water (your own) then you will be questioned on whether its been paid for ? just casual discrimination is all.

I have come across one of the staff member who is very rude . She almost stopped and checked my buggy twice making me embarrassed as if I have stolen something from the shop . The same person on another incident refused to help saying that the item wasn?t in store . When asked by the store assistant who was very kind to open the till as I only had few items to pay for the staff made a face and did that very half heartedly .
Recently the same staff yelled from the other end of the store not to put my son near the counter . All he wanted to do was pick up the cars so I left most of my groceries and went to self check where the store assistant helped me .
This staff member comes across extremely unprofessional , impolite and rude .
Now someone praiseworthy ? I have found a wonderful staff member named Linda who is a store assistant . She had been managing the self check out area so well making sure all the customers are looked after, helping them from the start to the finish making sure that?s the transaction goes well for eveyone . She is very friendly, polite , has a great smile and very professional . Please promote her to be a manager if I may say so . She is amazing person . Linda I really wanted to get you an ??appreciation flower bouquet?? today but I am not sure if I could . .
