The check-in was simple. They were pleasant and explained where the rooms were, bar times and breakfast times. The room was clean and had everything needed for my one night stay.

Stayed over for 2 nights for work. Room 204 overlooked the service yard. Was quite noisy around 11pm, bottles being emptied into a bin lorry (I presumed) and the 2nd night i could hear every word of the woman next doors phone conversation at 10pm. The walls are very thin!
Only realised when about to check out that the window didn't lock so had been slightly ajar all the time.
Bed was comfortable and I slept well with earplugs.

Great location, clean & quiet, good WiFi, very comfortable bed, free parking, good carving, we did enjoy our stay.
This hotel has just the best staff, to name two they were Ken & Donna.
Ken & Donna were exceptional when we lost our car keys...it was a big problem as we live 2.5 hours away.
They helped us check our room, the corridors, the restaurant, the car park & Donna put our dilemma on the local Facebook page...after a couple of hours & nothing found they offered us a quiet corner & a coffee to gather our thoughts.
Then miraculously they turned up...none of us knew where they had been found...it didn't matter...we has them back.
Ken i apologise for hugging you without agreement. .we were just so delighted it was all OK.
We would most certainly recommend the Innkeepers Hotel in Old Windsor .
Thank you all ( especially K&D)
Rooms: Clean, quiet & very comfortable
Nearby activities: Windsor Castle

First thing on entering through the rear night entrance door, the stained carpet and dingy dark, smelly corridor. A table at the end of the corridor with a help yourself "stock up" of teabags and coffee etc. This was not replenished the 3 days we were there,so not much choice. Had to go to reception for extras, plus milk, as we ran out in our room. No room cleaning so no replenishing of them either. There's helpful leaflets/guides of the area there too. The hotel, bedroom, particularly room 107, and restaurant could do with a makeover and a thorough spring clean! Stayed 3 nights, constant noise from planes from Heathrow but you get used to it! Plenty of free parking, bus stop on doorstep so very easy to get iinto Windsor and around. Staff very pleasant and helpful. No daily housekeeping as mentioned in brochure. Help yourself to buffet food in restaurant, looked like and tasted like it had been there for hours, very dry and only just warm! Obviously being Toby Carvery, thats the only food on offer apart from Vegan but not much choice there too. Would've like at least a jacket potato or gammon & chips etc but NO, just carvery every evening meal, every day! Pricewise for the area it was acceptable and if it had a thorough makeover I would go again, maybe! Would be interesting to see/stay at Innkeepers lodge other hotels as a comparison! My husband and I in our 70's so used the nos 8 bus all the time to get into Windsor. Easy to get to the Castle and the river for boat trips. Highly recommend both visits. Be prepared for lots of walking! Our room was at the back, next to the restaurant which was very noisy. Lots of banging in the outside area at 12-1.30 am outside lights going on/off constantly. . The bathroom was clean but..the shower was just hanging on. The shower taps were difficult to turn on/off. The hot water was excruciating hot and I couldn't turn it down or turn the cold one up. Also the shower door wouldn't close. The light switch on the mirror above the sink was hard to switch on,then my husband managed it but could not turn it off,so it stopped on all the 3 days we were there. The room was hot and stifling, we had to leave windows open 24/7. All that being said we made the most of our stay, as ya do!

Loved the fact toby was a few steps away and that the hotel was only a short drive from the castle, but the hotel itself needs some serious attention. Cleanliness was an issue, carpets and hard floors in our room were filthy definitely had not been hoovered, under the bed is disgusting hasn't beeb moved and hoovered under for years by the looks, there were marks on the bedding, the bed was solid, marks on the mirrors, cobwebs everywhere, room really noisy due to planes but that's to be expected. Bathroom had a horrible smell to it, it was probably the black mould and gunk that was building up on the shower trap. Over all opinion not clean enough at all and won't be returning, travelodge is cleaner.
Rooms: Basic, all you need
Nearby activities: Short drive to the castle and the town
Food and drinks: Having a toby carvery underneath is was the best part
