Placed an order using click and collect. Jason on the counter when I arrived paid no interest or attention to a few of us waiting. Instead swearing and shouting at staff on the shop floor. Finally when I was about to collect my order (after waiting for 20 minutes) they could not find it despite me receiving an email about it being picked. Another manager who I didn?t catch the name of (did have face tattoos) was also very rude and disinterested, it was as if I was inconveniencing them! Possibly the worst run store I?ve ever seen the shop was a state my order was late lost and damaged and all round would not recommend this hellhole of a Wickes store. Should be shut down do not go here

My recent experience with Wickes Click and Collect was absolutely terrible. I placed an order online without any issues, but after 18 hours, I still hadn?t received any notification that my order was ready for collection (they usually say it will be ready within 30 minutes). I called the store to check the status, only to be told they couldn?t find any order when searching using either the order number or my name. I was instructed to call customer services for further assistance.
The lady I spoke to at customer service was lovely and eager to help. She quickly found the order and was just as confused as I was as to why the store couldn?t locate it. She then called the store, only to be told that they had informed me the items were out of stock ? which is a blatant lie, and I would love to prove it. If the items really weren?t in stock, why was I not proactively contacted and refunded?
This experience has been a clear example of appalling customer service, and it?s left me frustrated and disappointed.

Visited few times already to buy usual paint and hardware from this location, found that staff is always helpful and polite to help customers finding what they are looking for to save time. I found most times what I am looking.

They remove nozzles from expanding foam, and if they remember, they will give you one at checkout. If they forget, you need to prove that you bought the foam at this shop.
Now I regret not asking them to count how many cans of foam they have and how many nozzles. We could then see how many times they screwed up.

I was just at Wickes in Newbury with a problem I had. The senior manager, Jess Quelch was very helpful and solved my problem completely. I cannot praise her enough. Thank you Jess.

Nice store with easy access. They have started selling the blue wet and dry vacuum cleaners again. These things are better than any other brand - many trades people will be happy. (As long as they are still as good).

Appalling service received from this store. Booked a bathroom consultation on two separate occasions and neither of the appointments were honoured, it?s absolutely disgusting.
