It's a normal Waitrose, staff attentive and nice, organized and with plenty of parking. Only issue is that it is never fully stocked, there is always vegetables or meats out of stock, and there is not much fresh fish. Used to my old Waitrose in Abingdon, it gets a bit dissapointing.

For what many people are persuaded to believe, this shop ought to be flawless in nearly every way. Nope.
From the filthy exterior, to the leaking roof, the overhang and trolley storage that was used for the Trainspotting remake, the dirty approaches. It is not a premium experience... At all.
Some staff seem relatively happy but the majority do not. Perhaps they dislike the overly expectant customers, the ones that have had to wade knee deep through litter, dirt and leaves to enter the shop? I don't know. Perhaps they ought to gorge on the partnership benefits and then find a job where they can smile at least once during the day.
Very disappointed in the place. On the upside, they have a great range of beers. Truly.
They do not sell pigeon anymore though. So there's that.
