Absolutely load of incompetence, inconsistency you call yourself reputable, understatement of the year!!Been a loyal customer for 30 yrs same number mobile!you can?t even speak to a Uk ?? customer service!Been on phone to overseas who really don?t get what is said !You seem to think much more of new customers than loyal!You can?t give a contract then raise the price in the middle of that it?s breaking the law !!

I?m reviewing my dealings with the company and not the head office/venue. A nightmare to deal with. I?m still waiting for my refund of an upgrade and early termination fee that I cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period. I?ve spent hours on the phone to them, been told different things by different people and have been asked to send screenshots of the transaction. Their call handling agents leave unclear voice messages and speak too fast. I?ve been paying extortionate monthly bills for years. When my contract expires in January 2024 I shall be leaving Vodafone for either O2 or EE (probably the former based on what I?m hearing).

I have had a Voxi sim card 3 days ago and topped up. Yesterday my number was deactivated for no reason. Customer service does not help. I will never use it again!

Absolutely horrendous. I could not find enough bad things to say about these clowns. I was with Vodafone for many years but around 2020 I noticed the service went downhill sharply. By 2021, Vodafone have become a shell of their former selves; ignore customer complaints, keep you on the phone for hours and waste more of your time. Utterly incompetent. It's no wonder they regularly get fined by Ofcom. Avoid these clowns like the plague.Strongly recommend writing a letter of complaint to Ofcom. This does help and if enough of us write to complain, Vodafone will get fined again. So please do your bit.

Truly Terrible! Me and my partner been without a phone for over 2 weeks still nobody can tell us when our phone line is going to be turned back on (no outstanding payment - never was!)! Disappointing!!! How can this be one of the leading network provider when they treat they customers this bad!!
