Booked in to the store and had an enhanced examination check compared to what I was used to at another optician especially with the use of the OCT test, which i would highly advise getting done. The optometrist I believe her name is Sim found scarring and early cataracts development which was very concerning for me at the time. Thankfully it was picked up and now follow her recommendations going forward to help protect my eyes. Overall very impressed in the thorough check and will continue to use this particular optician.

I made a visit to the Newbury store in Westbrook Street after a problem with another group store and needed some explanations and help.Wow what a difference! So helpful, so understanding of my issues, replaced my malfunctioning drops and gave me another eye test. Maqsood took so much care and trouble in explaining everything to me ( made me feel much more confident) Maggie the manager was also very friendly and professional as was Clare and Victoria

I have ALWAYS had a good experience. The advisor that helped me before I saw the optician was lovely and explained the tests I was having and reason for them, the person I had after my session with the optician was also extremely knowledgeable, she took time to help me select my frames and advise about suitability. The optician was okay. I would recommend this branch to my family and friends in a heart beat.

Had the pleasure of being served by Simran and Clare on Saturday. Both ladies were ever so kind and just a general pleasure to talk to.
Both explained all the process clearly and were very supportive of my choices. Clare also gave me some advise as I am a mom to be about what glasses might be more fitting to ensure they maintain and not break by riddiculously fast baby hands.
The general thought was 1 pair of glasses but the current deal was too good to pass on! Looking forward to my new glasses!
