Decking boards warped and knotty. Website said 31 items in stock, and I ordered and paid for 9. When I showed up I was told there were only 7 left, so I had to go to B&Q instead. Incredibly ignorant staff.... just looking for 1 thing and they tell us where something else is that we did not ask for, clearly not listening and way more interested in their phones. Saw 2 of them operating forklifts... just sat on their phones. Truly disappointing.
