for clothes it is ok, although from a little research the other TK maxx stores in Oxford and Reading have better and bigger varieties. If you go for the Deli, it's totally not worth it as the shelves are always with products that nobody buys and it is always the same products. they used to have more varieties on products but the last six months and possibly more, it's the just same products that never leave the shelves......

I am so disappointed and not happy because I was in TK max few minutes ago and I wanted to buy a pair of shoes and they were for 15pounds and the price tag fell somewhere in the store as I got to the till they told me the price tag isn?t there and she went on to try get the price and asked her colleague and her colleague just gave the price on her mind not even checking wnd said well that?s the price now that?s not fair and isn?t good honestly

Last visit was ok, found some clothes I liked. But the previous visit was awful when I took my son in his wheelchair.
The lift was out of order, and when I asked a member of staff if there was another way of getting upstairs to the men's section (meaning a staff lift)
I was asked why I didn't just carry him up?
He's 7 and disabled. Not a baby...

Extremely disappointed!!! Already 10:43am and store still closed !!! And it's raining lots of people just kick the door and gone !! Probably need new management or supervisor who actually do the job!!!
