I would like to thank Max at the three store on Newbury for his help. He has been truly amazing! From helping me sort out a phone I couldn?t get on with to even staying late to make sure I got a new phone that worked for me. I truly recommend him to anyone! His customer service was above and beyond! I honestly can?t thank Max enough for everything he has done to help me.

We went into 3 this afternoon to get my husband's phone updated with a new Sim card and a new cheaper contract. We were very impressed with Luke. He was very friendly and engaging, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We left the store feeling valued, supported and having received fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend a visit to 3 for great value and great service. Thank you Luke.

The most bad network i have! extremely bad even in town centre! Extremely bad! most of the time i had no signal! i even cant call anyone properly! i cant talk with anyone properly!! Really bad network service!!! i feel regret!! it was my mistake to choose this provider!

I popped in for some advice. I'd been having issues with receiving / answering calls and suspected I needed a new SIM as it was quite old. Jake and Tom were very helpful and gave good advice and were patient when I struggled to make a decision. I left feeling happy with the outcome. Thank you.

Blood sucking company the business team is worst Absolutely awful been with them for 8 years but lately they haven?t been good. I have new contract with them i want cancelled my sim before 14 days they said they cancelled it but they waited for 14 days then the said its out of 14 days can not do it ! Will be cancelling my contact when it finished they don?t deserve half star

Always great service from the team that work here . Can't fault them always come out with something based on my needs and I feel like I am always being listened too compared to a lot of other places where it feels like they are going through the motions of what they have to do.
